Breanna Beike – Chef/Owner, Heritage Restaurant I Bar

Chef Breanna Beike graduated from the prestigious Chicago area Kendall Culinary Arts College, rising to Executive Chef while in her early 20’s, then taking helm at the Seattle Yacht Club in 2013. In 2018, Chef Bre opened Heritage Restaurant |Bar taking the opportunity to open her long-imagined dream restaurant in the community in which they reside. Chef Bre and her team have garnered much attention; voted best new Open Table restaurant by diners and having been prominently featured in the local, regional and national food/wine press.

Liam Spence – Head Chef, Novelty Hill Januik Winery

Seattle native Liam Spence, a talented chef with over 20 years experience working at many of the city’s favorite restaurants, is Novelty Hill-Januik’s new Executive Chef. With a love for Northwest cuisine and a commitment to seasonal, sustainably grown ingredients, Chef Liam’s interest in wine led him to Novelty Hill-Januik where he will have the opportunity to create menus designed to enhance the enjoyment of wine. Among other positions, Chef Liam spent ten years with Tom Douglas’ Lola, first as a sous chef and later as executive chef. Other notable positions include work as executive chef at Bis on Main in Bellevue and most recently Seattle’s Zig Zag Café.

Danilo Amato – Chef/Owner, Amato Catering

Tuscany native Chef Danilo Amato has practiced food preparation from his family’s restaurant, La Fontanina Di San Pietro, to the Haute Cuisine school of the Hotel Crillon in Paris. He has been a supportive member of the Slow Food Association, a group dedicated to promoting regional cuisine all over the world. Danilo is also the proud owner of The PicNic Table café located in the heart of Woodinville’s wine country and the beautiful Tuscan Farm House, Villa Belpasso.
